UK Realty has introduced Celestique Gardens, a new residential development in Goregaon East, Mumbai, featuring 289 homes in a ground-plus-39-storey tower. Spread across a one-acre parcel, the project is expected to generate sales of approximately Rs 470 crore.
The development offers one-, two- and three-bedroom residences with RERA carpet areas of 460 sq ft, 704 sq ft and 1,100 sq ft, respectively. Four homes will be planned on each floor, with residences designed around full-depth private decks. According to the developer, the layouts emphasise natural light, ventilation and efficient use of available space, while incorporating vastu principles.
The launch takes UK Realty’s overall development portfolio across Mumbai and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) to approximately 38 lakh sq ft. The company has already completed around 16.34 lakh sq ft and currently has nearly 21.95 lakh sq ft under construction across four active projects. More than 2,200 families are housed in its completed developments.
The developer considers Goregaon East an established residential and commercial destination, supported by access to employment hubs and the expanding Metro network. UK Realty has also identified the Goregaon-Malad-Kandivali East micromarket as an area supported by transaction activity, liquidity and premium pricing, with Metro Line 7 and nearby corporate centres contributing to demand.
Celestique Gardens is being positioned as a lifestyle-focused development with a range of recreational, wellness and community facilities. These include the Astral Sky Lounge, Celestial Botanical Garden, Zen Garden Pavilion, Twilight Tea Pavilion, fitness centre, Rejuvenation Chamber, Serenity Walkway and Constellation Club. Dedicated spaces are also planned for children, senior citizens and pets.
The project will incorporate security and sustainability features such as multi-level access control, round-the-clock CCTV monitoring, high-speed elevators and automated parking. Other provisions include EV-ready infrastructure, rainwater harvesting, sewage treatment facilities and energy-efficient common areas.
UK Realty has previously delivered projects in Goregaon East, Kandivali East, Andheri West and Juhu, while developments in Kandivali East and Andheri East are currently under construction. With Celestique Gardens, the developer is expanding its residential presence in Mumbai’s western suburbs.
