Mumbai-based developer Alliance City Developers Realtors is expanding its residential portfolio with three upcoming projects across Mulund West, Vile Parle East and Sion East, strengthening its presence in established Mumbai housing markets while entering a new micro-market.
The developer plans to launch its eighth project in Mulund West, its fifth development in Vile Parle East and its first project in Sion East. The expansion comes as Mumbai continues to record strong residential activity. Data from Knight Frank India, cited by the company, showed that the city registered an estimated 12,503 property transactions in August 2026, an 11% year-on-year rise and the strongest August performance in more than 14 years.
Alliance City said the new launches will follow its focus on standalone residential developments. The company has so far delivered homes to more than 700 families across Mumbai.
During 2026, the developer obtained Occupation Certificates and completed sales for Alliance Vista in Vile Parle East, Alliance Abhimanyu in Malad West and Alliance Eternis in Borivali West.
The upcoming Mulund West project will add to the company’s growing presence in the locality. Alliance City has already delivered six developments there, while its seventh project, Alliance Kanchan Krupa, is currently under construction. The new development is expected to benefit from connectivity along LBS Marg and the upcoming Metro Line 4 corridor.
In Vile Parle East, the proposed project will be the company’s fifth in the area. Its earlier developments include Alliance Vista, which has been sold out and handed over to residents. The locality also provides connectivity to the Western Express Highway and the domestic airport.
The Sion East launch represents Alliance City’s entry into the micro-market. The developer already has a presence in central Mumbai through Alliance Legacy in Sion and Alliance Harmony, which is under development in neighbouring Matunga. The upcoming project will be located along the Eastern Express Highway.
Ankita Luharuka, CEO, Alliance City Developers Realtors, said, “Mumbai’s homebuyers are not short of choices; what they are short of is certainty.” She added that the company’s expansion in Mulund and Vile Parle was supported by confidence built through previous projects, while the Sion development represents a new stage in its growth.
