The City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) has unveiled a significant scheme for the sale of 48 plots across Navi Mumbai, designated for residential, bungalow, residential-cum-commercial, commercial, service industry, and star hotel purposes. Additionally, 218 shops in various CIDCO housing complexes will also be available for purchase.
Online registration for the plot sale began on July 6, 2024, while registration for the shop sale will commence on July 16, 2024.
CIDCO regularly rolls out schemes for the sale of residential and commercial plots, shops, and commercial premises, consistently receiving excellent responses from citizens, businessmen, and developers.
