He also subtly criticised opposition parties for spreading what he described as false narratives and opposing the country’s development, particularly on issues like unemployment.
In his first visit to Maharashtra since his re-election for a third term, Modi spoke at the NESCO ground in Goregaon, highlighting Maharashtra’s crucial role in achieving his vision of a developed India by 2047. His comments come amidst ongoing debate over Mumbai not securing an international financial centre at the Bandra Kurla Complex.
