BG Shirke Construction Technology has got the contract to build low- and middle-income group (LIG) residential tenements in Mumbai’s Goregaon neighbourhood. The company was the lowest bidder in the process, winning the contract to develop the affordable housing units.
The project encompasses turnkey work, which includes planning, design, and construction. Furthermore, it entails getting the essential approvals and an occupancy certificate from the appropriate local authorities. The entire operation will be handled on a lump-sum basis, with a single agreed-upon price encompassing all components of the project.
The Maharashtra Housing & Area Development Authority (MHADA) has won a development project with a bid of Rs 487.42 crore. The project’s site is in Siddharth Nagar, Goregaon.
