The National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) Maharashtra NextGen has presented the third edition of Excelerate 3.0, which will take place on November 14, 2024, at the Hotel Sahara Star in Mumbai. Under the subject ‘Innovation in building,’ the event aims to increase the use of cutting-edge innovation in the building and real estate industries.
Excelerate 3.0 will also highlight Naredco Maharashtra’s PROPEL project, which aims to stimulate innovation and empower budding entrepreneurs in the real estate industry. As India’s real estate market works towards an ambitious $1 trillion target by 2030, the event aims to highlight innovation as a key strategy for fulfilling the sector’s changing expectations.
The event will be a thought leadership conference, with top industry experts, leaders, and innovators sharing their best practices and practical perspectives in exclusive panel discussions titled ‘Build Fast’, ‘Build Quality’, and ‘Build Sustainable’.
