Mumbai’s luxury housing market has recorded another high-value celebrity-linked transaction, with Pramila ‘Pinkie’ Roshan, wife of filmmaker Rakesh Roshan and mother of actor Hrithik Roshan, reportedly purchasing two premium apartments in Seven Bungalows, Versova, for a combined Rs 67.30 crore.
According to property data platform Brickbharat, both apartments are located on the 24th floor of Lotus Celestia, a premium residential development in the Seven Bungalows neighbourhood. Together, the properties span approximately 12,860 sq. ft. of carpet area, making the deal one of the notable recent transactions in Mumbai’s luxury housing market.
Eight Parking Spaces Included
Property transaction details cited by Brickbharat indicate an average purchase price of around Rs 52,330 per sq. ft. The acquisition also comes with eight designated parking spaces, adding further value to the transaction.
The scale of the purchase places the properties firmly within Mumbai’s ultra-premium residential segment, where large-format homes in established neighbourhoods continue to attract affluent buyers and high-profile investors.

The Seven Bungalows area in Versova has long been regarded as a sought-after residential location, particularly among buyers seeking spacious homes, modern amenities and proximity to Mumbai’s entertainment and commercial districts.
The latest Roshan family purchase comes amid continued activity in Mumbai’s luxury property market, with Bollywood personalities, business families and high-net-worth individuals increasingly opting for premium homes in established western suburbs.

Pinkie Roshan is married to filmmaker and composer Rakesh Roshan and is the mother of actor Hrithik Roshan and daughter Sunaina Roshan. The Roshan family has maintained a prominent presence in the Hindi film industry over several decades.
