Prabhadevi based project Rustomjee crown phase One, delayed possession to the complainant with every month till the actual date of possession of the flat to the complainant, MahaRERA has directed the promoters of the project to pay interest.
The developer guaranteed the hand over of the said flat in December 2021. Anil Dattani registered agreement for sale e-complaint, on January 25, 2019. Developers of the project had disproved the contentions of the complainant and had gave reasons for the delay i.e. change in the fire NOC norms, the delays in grant of consent to operate and consent to establish as well as the new norms issued by MCGM within November 2023 on issue of changes of the flats and has agreed to the same.
