Mhada Mumbai board will be announcing Mhada Lottery for ‘High Income Group (HIG)’ soon, according to media reports. This project consists of a 39-storey building that Mhada is building in Goregaon (W). The building will have 332 units and will comprise amenities such as a Swimming Pool, EV Charging Station, Gym etc. It is expected to be completed by June 2024.
MHADA application process step by step :
- Interested applicants can participate in the MHADA lottery by registering with the MHADA Housing Lottery System IHLMS 2.0 on https://housing.mhada.gov.in/signIn.
- To avoid any wrongdoing, all documents have to be submitted during the time of registration and verified documents are eligible to participate in the Mhada lottery.
- Mhada recently introduced an option on the application page asking if the applicant is recognised by any other name. If yes, then the applicant has to mention the other name. This helps female applicants whose name/surname has changed after marriage or any other reason.
- Mhada applicants have an option of inspecting Income Tax Return (ITR) information uploaded on the portal while registering and correcting them in case there are any errors.
- It is not necessary for applicants registering under the Mhada PMAY (Urban) scheme to have the PMAY registration certificate at the time of application. The certificate has to be shown before taking possession of the unit.
