The Mumbai Metropolitan Regional Development Authority (MMRDA) has been directed to repair the Andheri flyover by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) following a large slab falling on a car and injuring the driver a few weeks ago on the Western Express Highway (WEH).
According to HT’s article on June 28, the flyover’s superstructure is in a precarious condition and requires immediate repairs, according to the Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute’s (VJTI) audit report that was presented to the BMC in April.
