For Rs 291.58 crore, the real estate company Prestige Estates purchased 22,135 square meters of land in Mumbai to build a home complex.
DLF stated in a regulatory filing that the company has purchased 22,135 square meters of land, adjacent to the western motorway, within the jurisdiction of Mumbai’s Mira Bhayandar Municipal Corporation, together with all associated rights.
The purchased site will be used for residential construction with a carpet area of roughly one million square feet. The deal will cost approximately Rs 291.58 crore.
“We are excited to announce the expansion of our presence in Mumbai with the acquisition of this land parcel together with all rights,” stated Irfan Razack, Managing Director and Chairman of the Prestige Group.
Prestige Estates, one of the top real estate developers in the nation, is located in Bengaluru.
