Arkade Developers Sets Sights On Rs 21 Billion With Trio Of New Projects

With the goal of making Rs 21.50 billion, Arkade Developers has announced the rehabilitation of three residential complexes in Mumbai. In their plans for these projects, the company described how 20,232 square meters, or roughly five acres, will be developed across important micromarkets in Mumbai’s western suburbs, including Andheri East, Malad West, and Borivali West.

With an anticipated turnover of Rs 21.50 billion, the estimated saleable area for these rehabilitation projects is 5.85 lakh square feet. Recently listed on stock exchanges, Arkade Developers intends to have a big impact on the Mumbai real estate industry.

“Redevelopment plays a key role in the growth of Mumbai’s real estate sector, and this is our strength in the ever-evolving Mumbai skyline,” underlined the chairman and managing director of Arkade Developers.
