The Tower 2 project at Nesco Centre is a significant step forward for Nesco as it expands into the commercial and hospitality sectors. The company’s IT Parks division, contributing 41% of its revenue, is poised for further expansion, while the Bombay Exhibition Center—one of India’s largest private exhibition venues—continues to be a major revenue driver, accounting for 27% of overall earnings.
