Even though the largest issue facing the city at the moment is unlawful debris disposal, the BMC has allowed a private trust in Charkop to use an open space allocated for debris dumping in the Development Plan.
In the gated community of Highland Complex in Charkop, most residents can see the obvious dumping of stones and rubble, done by a big crew of people and machinery.
